I needed an annual inspection on my seldom-driven 2000 Corvette, which resulted in 3 error codes (2 is the max for a car that old). When talking to the mechanic, I learned that the new battery I had recently installed might be the problem, but driving X miles should clear it. I did that, came back later in the afternoon, and it passed the inspection. The mechanic took the time to check everything thoroughly, which I appreciated.
