First time to use Davis. I looked a long time to find a non-dealer who worked on hybrids. I have a Prius and Camry hybrid and the Prius needed a battery. I made an appointment, talked with the Davis rep, had the car towed to Davis and was given a completion date. Car was ready one day early, new battery, reasonable price. Conversation with Ric, while picking up car, indicated they really knew hybrids. I was impressed and will be back.
