Easily scheduled an appointment online. Even though they were busy, they diagnosed the AC issue by early afternoon, and called me at work to explain the issues. The next morning my car was ready. They didn't try to upsell me on any additional repairs (e.g., small oil leak) that I'm sure exist my 22 year old SUV. The price seemed reasonable and the timeline was quick. Now I won't be burning up in my car this summer!

A state inspection, oil change, and lube are items every Owner's Manual has you do routinely, and they do it in a first rate way. I did find out the Owner's Manual is not always right, no grease fitting on my tie rod ends.... Thanks Dodge.
As with my service issues in the past, the repair was handled in a pleasant and professional manner. Since this was a computer issue, they checked it out extensively.

I was updated every the step of the repairs. What needed to be done was completed, reasonable time. What should be done in the future was explained in detail to me.
